Part of keeping up with our jobs and pushing new ideas is training. Can you please respond to this post with any training you would be interested in attending over the next year. Any ideas welcome from formal training classes to events/conferences to online courses.

Do you know of any good listings of places where they have quality courses around flash and programming in general?
Ive forwarded my wishes to join a AS3 course that Karen and Rit are doing in March-ish. And i'd like to do more like this, where I learn it properly from scratch, itsead of bits and pieces that I have self learned.
Ive looked up the curriculum of the course set for Karen and Rit and I dont think it will be usefull. The coding you learn in it is way below them, and the bits about the flash application itself, I can teach them. I think we should do this, then after that introduction jump straight onto a AS3 starter course.
The courses here seem more appropriate, and I would be quite keen to do them all. Maybe Rit and Karen too?
